Living in North Carolina with her husband Greg, their three children, and four grandsons under the age of three, Amy draws daily inspiration from her family. Her mission is to inspire connection, foster positive energy, and encourage personal responsibility in every aspect of life—both personally and professionally.

Andrea holds a B.S. in Psychology and earned an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She has lived and worked in Latin America, North America, the Middle East and Europe and is trilingual in English, Spanish and French.
Aschton is an Executive Performance Coach who has helped executives at every level in Fortune 500 companies achieve sustainable gains through healthier habit formation. Subsequently leading more fulfilling lives and achieving peak performance. As an athlete who has also prepared national athletes for the Olympic Games, he is well-versed with the level of commitment and effort required to be a top performer.
Outside of coaching, Aschton founded a sports nutrition brand, www.activevita.com.sg. Here he focuses on supporting athletes with their nutrition strategies through consultations and clean, easy to use sports nutritional products that he has formulated and developed himself.
He has been involved in opening and running some of the largest health clubs around the world with top lifestyle fitness brands. In addition, he has helped multinationals implement their wellness programs, where his focus was enabling more people to adopt healthier lifestyles through movement, nutrition, rest and recovery and other facets of wellness.
Aschton has an MSc from Loughborough University with a background in sports science & coaching. Aschton is a qualified Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Running Technique and Ironman Coach, and a Personal Trainer, and Sports therapist. He is an avid mountain runner who loves running the trails to summit the highest mountain in every country he visits, and this has included Mt Everest. As a triathlete, he thrives on the multi-disciplined events of the sport and enjoys the Ironman fleet of events.
His way of recharging is spending special moments with his wife and daughter. He has discovered parenting duty to be extraordinarily effective in building resilience, endurance, and gratitude.
Bill McAlpine brings over 25 years of leadership experience from Fortune 100 companies, including SuperValu, Kraft Foods, and Dell Inc. With a strong background in operations, sales, and HR, Bill has led both functional and global teams, making him a highly skilled and versatile performance coach. Over the past 15 years, he has shared his expertise by speaking and facilitating programs for executives in both small and large group settings.
As the founder and president of Learning Delivery Partners, Bill partners with clients and consulting firms to create exceptional learning experiences. He is certified in Polarity Management, Situational Leadership, Myers-Briggs, and Negotiations Training, among others.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communications from the University of Washington. Outside of his professional life, he is a nationally published cartoonist, having contributed to King Feature Syndicate’s New Breed comic strip and illustrated Care Packages for the Workplace by Barbara Glanz. He is also the author of the booklet The Fuse is Lit. A passionate cyclist, Bill is a former competitive USCF road cyclist.
Above all, Bill treasures his roles as a husband to his wife Tracy, and a devoted father and grandfather to their six adult children and three granddaughters.
Chris McUtchen is a seasoned Performance Coach with over 15 years of experience delivering transformative programs to Fortune 500 companies around the world. His expertise lies in increasing engagement, energy management, and helping individuals and teams connect with their purpose to live their "best lives."
Having worked across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas, Chris is a recognized subject matter expert in resilience, performance, communication, and behavior change. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from La Trobe University, majoring in Anatomy and Physiology, and has spent his career designing and implementing health, engagement, and performance-based programs with a lasting impact.

Outside of work, Chris is passionate about staying active, regularly competing in Half Ironman events across Asia Pacific. He also enjoys spontaneous motorbike adventures and surfing whenever he travels. Based on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, Chris is a proud father of four, finding joy in both his family life and his work helping individuals and companies achieve peak performance.
Cindy is a dynamic coach, facilitator, and wellness expert who empowers individuals and organizations to take a proactive, strategic approach to well-being, work-life balance, and performance optimization. Additionally, Cindy founded Speaking of Wellness LLC, a consulting firm specializing in strategic wellness planning, content development, and corporate wellness programming.
Her firm supports Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, government agencies, and professional associations. Cindy has also shared her expertise as a keynote speaker and media guest across various platforms, excelling at making complex health data easily digestible. She is the author of The Manual That Should Have Come With Your Body and has contributed to numerous publications, including medical supplements for USA Today.
Outside of work, Cindy is an avid adventurer who enjoys sailing, hiking, skiing, and exploring the world with family and friends.
César Gamio brings over 15 years of executive leadership experience from his successful career at two Fortune 500 companies in the technology and communications industries, working across various regions worldwide. He earned his degree in International Business Management from universities in both the United States and Japan, and his global perspective has been a cornerstone of his approach to leadership and personal development.
Currently, César is an adjunct professor at IE Business School, a certified Corporate Wellness Specialist through the Corporate Health and Wellness Association (USA), and an accredited Executive Life Coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Trained under the personal guidance of Dr. Deepak Chopra, a world-renowned expert in mind-body medicine, César serves as a Senior Educator for the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. He also advises the Global Centre for Conscious Leadership in London.
For over a decade, César has been helping organizations and leaders across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, North and Latin America enhance workplace wellbeing and navigate change. He regularly facilitates workshops, webinars, and executive coaching sessions across a variety of industries.
César currently resides in England with his wife and two children.
Everette Fortner is a coach and consultant with Performance-on-Purpose, and he also leads Everette Fortner Coaching and Consulting. He brings a wealth of experience in both business and education, serving as an adjunct faculty member at the UVA Darden Graduate School of Business. Prior to this, Everette was the Associate Vice President for Career and Professional Development at the University of Virginia, where he focused on helping students achieve exceptional career outcomes.
Everette's career began in sales and marketing, where he spent 18 years with major consumer brands including Frito-Lay, Kraft, Nabisco, and Dun & Bradstreet. His experience includes an international assignment with Nabisco in Singapore. In 2003, he made the transition to higher education, first at the UVA Darden School of Business and later with UVA's Undergraduate Career Services. During his time at Darden, Everette played a key role in maintaining industry-leading employment rates for students, and he continues to teach a career management course at the school.
A Georgia native, Everette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business. He lives in Crozet, Virginia, with his wife, Sally. In their free time, they enjoy traveling and camping, as well as spending time with their three adult children and three grandchildren.
Margaret Polser is a dynamic facilitator, keynote speaker, and master-level performance coach with a wealth of expertise in leadership, organizational systems, and performance optimization. She helps individuals and teams elevate engagement, productivity, and leadership capabilities to achieve peak performance in both personal and professional settings.
In her recent role as President of a corporate performance training organization, Margaret took her leadership and impact to new heights. Outside of work, she is an avid runner, passionate about tennis, an enthusiastic reader, and a dedicated traveler. She lives with her husband and enjoys spending time with their two adults sons.
Janet Driscoll is a passionate Performance Coach and Educator with over 30 years of experience in education, training and development, corporate and private wellness programming, and human performance. Her approach centers on creatively engaging clients from diverse backgrounds in the process of behavioral change, fostering a growth mindset that empowers individuals to thrive.
Janet's journey began in higher education, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of physical, mental, and emotional well-being on performance and resilience. This experience ignited her commitment to support others in developing sustainable strategies for personal and professional growth. One of her standout achievements includes designing and implementing a communication skills curriculum for adult workplace education, aimed at enhancing connection and collaboration among future leaders. For the past 12 years, Janet has served as a performance coach, facilitating Energy Management and Human Performance programs for high-performing leaders and teams globally within the Johnson & Johnson family of companies. Her role as Advisor to the Americas Region involved assessing the specific needs of over 70 sites and providing essential support for course deployment.
Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Bridgewater University and is an AAAI/ISMA certified Personal Trainer and Sports Fitness Nutrition Coach (Pn1). She firmly believes in the connection between physical health and overall well-being.
Residing in Massachusetts with her husband, Dennis, Janet is also a proud mother of three sons whose careers have taken them to Boston, Oregon, and Berlin, Germany.
Col Jason "TOGA" Trew (US Air Force, retired), PhD graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1999. After flying for the first half of his career, he spent the last decade focused on innovations in education, strategy, and leadership. This included a year studying at the Air Force school for strategists, earning a PhD in the history of technology, revitalizing the service's leadership school, coaching innovation teams in government and industry, and leading the design team for Space Force education. He has extensive training in facilitation and design thinking and is also certified as a performance coach, personal trainer, and an Ironman triathlon coach.
After his final military assignment as the Commandant of the premier strategy school in the Department of Defense, The School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, he joined the faculty of the Savannah College of Art and Design as a Professor of Design Management.

Scott lives in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife Lori. Together, they are active in their community, volunteering with the San Antonio Food Bank and Soldiers' Angels. They enjoy spending time with their five adult children and their two lively Jack Russell terriers.
Lynn Seth is a seasoned business leader, executive coach, keynote speaker, and former Division I collegiate athlete, dedicated to helping individuals unlock their personal power through self-leadership strategies. With a dynamic and personable approach, she empowers her clients to achieve success by implementing sustainable habits that foster health, happiness, engagement, and peak performance.

Tara Collingwood is a nationally recognized leader in nutrition, fitness, and health promotion, regularly featured in TV, radio, and print media. From 2013 to 2015, she was the co-host and resident nutrition expert on the national TV show Emotional Mojo, and for a decade, she was known as the "Diet Diva" on The Daily Buzz. As a former National Media Spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Tara’s insights are widely trusted in the field of dietetics.
Tara has authored and co-authored several books, including Pregnancy Cooking & Nutrition for Dummies, Flat Belly Cookbook for Dummies, and All In One Pregnancy. She currently serves as a nutrition consultant for prestigious organizations such as the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), and also coaches senior executives in energy management at the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute.
Previously, Tara was the team dietitian for the Orlando Magic NBA team and consulted with the University of Central Florida Athletic Department. Through her company, Tara Gidus Nutrition Consulting, LLC, she has worked with renowned clients such as Walt Disney World, Canyon Ranch Spa, and United Behavioral Healthcare. As the official nutritionist for runDisney, she provided expert nutrition guidance to runners for several years.
Tara holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, and Health, and a Master’s Degree in Health Promotion from Purdue University. She is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) in Florida, and holds a Board Certification as a Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD). Additionally, she is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tara is passionate about giving back, particularly through her volunteer work with Restoration Ministries for Women, where she offers nutrition and fitness education to women in rehabilitation. She has been honored with several awards, including the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year from the Florida Dietetic Association and was inducted into Purdue University’s Nutrition Science Alumni Hall of Fame.
An avid marathon runner, Tara has completed 18 full marathons, including four Boston Marathons. She resides in Orlando with her husband John, their two sons, Basil and Levi, and stepsons Maxim and Samuel.
