Dr. Lauren Hodges
is a dedicated educator and consultant committed to helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. She delivers inspiring keynotes, science-based strategies, and actionable training for personal and professional growth.
With a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!), Lauren specializes in curriculum design and experiential learning. Her extensive certifications in coaching, strength and conditioning, performance nutrition, and earned a certificate in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloane School of Management equip her to provide a comprehensive approach to human performance and well-being.
Over a decade of experience in the health and wellness field and higher education has allowed Lauren to explore the interconnectedness between well-being and human performance, leadership, and potential. Her research and practical experience led her to co-found Performance on Purpose, where she designs and delivers transformative learning experiences for global leaders.
Lauren's mission is to empower individuals to thrive in all aspects of their lives, fostering a positive impact on their organizations.
